Angelo Zanelli

An animated visual piece exploring sculptor Angelo Zanelli’s contribution to Havana’s National Capitol. Through 3D reconstructions of the building and its sculptures, the film moves between the Capitol’s construction, architectural details and the artworks associated with Zanelli.

The project combines 3D modeling, animation, compositing and motion graphics. Architectural views establish the setting, while close-ups and graphic elements draw attention to the sculptures and their place within the building.
